Cancellations
Coffee Orders Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us at freedom-forged-shop@support.fourthwall.com as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to assist you. as soon as possible. Damaged or Quality Issues
If you receive your coffee and notice any issues with the quality or condition of the product, we’ll gladly work to make it right. To expedite the resolution, please:
- Take clear photos of the product, including any visible damage or issues.
- Email the photos along with your order number to freedom-forged-shop@support.fourthwall.com.
We will evaluate the issue and either replace or refund your order as needed.
Refunds Policies
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a quality issue. Refunds are issued solely for orders that meet the criteria for damaged or incorrect products.
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your account within 24 business hours.
- Credit Card: Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and local payment methods.
Shipping Policies
- Domestic Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the size of your order.
- International Orders: At this time, we do not offer international shipping for coffee.
Why No Returns?
To ensure the highest quality, our coffee is roasted and packaged fresh in small batches. For this reason, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you experience any issues, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Why Can't I Order Coffee and Merchandise In One Order?
At Freedom Forged Coffee Company, our coffee and merchandise are shipped from two separate locations. This means that coffee and merchandise orders are processed and fulfilled independently.
As a result:
- Separate Orders: You’ll need to place two separate orders if you’d like to purchase both coffee and merchandise.
- Shipping Charges: Each order will have its own shipping charge, reflecting the unique shipping locations.
We understand this may be slightly inconvenient, but this approach ensures that you receive the freshest coffee and high-quality merchandise as quickly as possible.
